Annexe to the farmhouse and completely independent is unit 4. All structural work has been completed and currently has a large double bedroom and a large sitting room, with beamed ceiling and large open fireplace. The bathroom is off the sitting room with an area that can be easily converted to add a further bedroom, bathroom, kitchen etc. To the external of unit 4 is a good sized utility room currently being fitted out. The utility room contains a 200 litre water softener that can be used in conjunction with bore hole water, if required.

 

Outside of the utility room is a tiled BBQ patio, approximately 27 sq.metres. The front garden area has been landscaped and is fully irrigated. Work has commenced to convert ex.ground level water tank into a swimming pool, which measures 6m x 6m x 1.40 deep. Land at the rear of the property comprised of an orange grove with 44 orange trees.
