Description
Casa Levante is centrally located in a quiet street within the old part of Fuzeta
From the house it is a 5 minutes’ walk to the boulevard, the town square or the small train station. This authentic house was completely renovated in 2009 after which it was styled by an interior designer.
The Levant is the name of the wind that blows from Northern Africa to the Iberian peninsula.
The colourful interior of the house exudes a Moorish atmosphere.
The house has been equipped for up to six people and has air conditioning, (underfloor-) heating and a wood-burning stove.
Lay-out
The central corridor with its high, vaulted ceiling leads to a large bedroom and the living-room.
The bedroom ,decorated with beautiful fabrics , has a spacious wardrobe and two windows with wooden shutters.
The living room , also with a high, vaulted ceiling, has an enormous plastered sofa in Moroccan style, an LCD widescreen satellite TV, and leads into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area.
In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator with separate freezing compartment, a gas cooker with four burners, a microwave / oven and a washing machine.
The second bedroom is also downstairs. It sleeps 2 (bunk beds) and has a spacious wardrobe. The downstairs’ bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The third bedroom is on the first floor. This spacious room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and, again, a large wardrobe.
From the bedroom you look out onto the roof terrace, with its outdoor dining area and electric barbeque.
