Location

From the A22 exit at junction 15, at the roundabout take the third exit signposted to Sta Caterina, Tavira. At the end of this road you arrive at a small roundabout, take the third exit signposted to Sao Bras. Drive along this road for approximately 200 metres where you will pass an Avia garage, drive a further 200 meters to arrive at a right hand turning signposted to Porto Carvalhoso, take this turning and continue on this road which twists and turns, and ascends and descends for approximately 6 kilometres where you will arrive at the gates to the villa on the left hand side, approximately 100 metres before the sign for Bemperece.

Alternatively driving from Sao Bras take the N270 to Santa Caterina and you will turn left to Porto Carvalhoso.

14 kms from Olhao.

18 kms from Tavira.

20 kms from Loule.

28 kms from Spanish Border.

 

Faro Airport is a 30 minute drive from the villa.

 

Building Construction

The villa is built to a very high specification (English).

Full double external cavity wall insulation, waterproofing and damp course.

The ground and first floors have additional insulation for damp and sound proofing with the additive of ŽLecaŽ into the concrete mix.

Exterior doors and windows are double glazed white aluminum pvc.

All the windows and patio doors are tilt and turn within a grey marble

surround.

All living accommodation areas have wood panel ceilings.

All bedrooms and the dressing room have wood veneer panel floors.

The swimming pool is 10 x 5 meters supplied by a salt water system.

There is a pre-installed alarm system throughout the villa.

There is an external fossa, bore hole and cisterna.

Large garage 10 x 3.7 meters with an electric up and over door.
